Happy Birthday Theodor Geisel--also known as the beloved Dr. Seuss!! On Tuesday, March 2, we celebrated the birthday of Ethan's favorite author! We read our favorite Dr. Seuss Book, The Cat in the Hat. And for dinner we had Green Eggs and Ham! Ethan, Noah and Benjamin had numerous helpings, they loved it!! Mom, Dad and Daniel couldn't get over the gross green color of the eggs, however. It was a memorable celebration and we finished up the evening with a little Hop on Pop and then said good night to our Red Fish and Blue Fish!
